You’ll participate in a 4-week coaching journey to work on uncovering your doubts, negative self-talk, and limiting beliefs.

You will learn how to let them go so that you can create a new, empowering way of being YOU: a confident woman who speaks up for and goes after what she wants!

You’ll have me as your 1:1 guide, accountability partner, and support person.

1:1 Coaching Sessions

We’ll meet for a 90-minute coaching session to discover your doubts, fears, and limiting beliefs that are blocking you from getting what you want. We’ll create a plan, and set goals with action steps uniquely designed for you. At the end of your 4 weeks, you’ll get a 60-minute follow-up session to recap what you’ve learned, celebrate your changes and create your own “road map” to your desired future.

As this process is different for everyone so you will have access to Denise via email to handle day-by-day questions, help you work through your obstacles, and make changes quickly.
