During this 3-hour retreat, I will be helping you discover the ways that you are getting in your own way by taking a dynamic assessment of your life and all the beautiful aspects of what makes you, YOU. As you travel on your path of self-discovery, I will be guiding and supporting you to refine and reframe what it means for you to care for yourself and feel good each day.
The retreat will be held on Zoom and I will be live streaming it into my Rewire Your Radiance Women’s Facebook Group.
I will also have a replay available inside the group and you”ll also receive an email with link to view it at your convenvience.

Part 1:
Find your focus and figure out how you’re getting in your own way. Using the dynamic assessment, you will discover what aspects of your daily routine and habits need more of your focused attention so that you can make new, empowered choices. You will learn how to get out of your own way quickly with a simple centering experience. You will receive a workbook filled with transformational coaching tools and extra goodies to help you stay on track with knowing the best way for you to live and feel good each day.
Part 2:
Discover the ways in which you get knocked off track; who/what drains your energy; and takes up your time AND causes you to get into your own way. Learn what and how it means to “Honoring Your Yes and No,” so that you always have a reliable method to create your most fulilling days. Focus in to tune into what YOU want and how to put yourself first without feeling guilty (Boundaries are your best friends!)
Part 3:
Create your new Self-Care Success Plan so that you can confidently count on YOURSELF to make the best choices for your health and happiness.
