During this 5 Day Workshop, I will be helping you discover how to tune into your inner expert by taking a dynamic assessment of your life and all the beautiful aspects of what makes you, YOU.  As you journey toward self-discovery, I will guide and support you to refine and reframe what it means to care for yourself and feel good each day.

The retreat will be held on Zoom, and I will live to stream it into my Rewire Your Radiance Women’s Facebook Group.

I will also have a replay available inside the group, and you’ll also receive an email with a link to view it at your convenience.

To get the most benefits and on-the-spot support and laser coaching, it’s highly recommended that you attend live.

Day 1

Using the dynamic assessment,  you will discover what aspects of your daily routine and habits need more of your focused attention so that you can make new, empowered choices.

You will learn to tune into your intuition with a simple centering exercise.

You will receive a workbook filled with transformational coaching tools and extra goodies to help you stay on track knowing the best way to live and feel good each day.

Day 2

Discover how you get knocked off track, who/what drains your energy takes up your time, AND causes you to get in your way.

Learn what it means to “Honor Your Yes and No”  so you always have a reliable method to create your most fulfilling days.

Focus on what YOU want and how to put yourself first without feeling guilty (Boundaries are your best friends!)

Day 3

We dive into the most important and empowering questions,  “What do I want and why?”

When you pause to ponder what you truly desire and the reasons behind those desires, you embark on a journey of self-awareness.

This process also nurtures a deeper connection with your inner expert – the wellspring of your intuition, creativity, and wisdom.

Day 4

Create your new Self-Care Success Plan so that you can confidently count on YOURSELF to make the best choices for your health and happiness. 

Enjoy the benefits of becoming the “expert” of your life by mastering the skills of self-awareness and self-love and why it’s so important to you. 

Embrace and enjoy your power to do things differently now that you know what you need and want.

Day 5

Time to bring it all together! Recap what you learned, have your questions answered, and receive live coaching to solidify your new skills and refer to your workbook to help you stay on track!

You will walk away knowing that your way, which you created, is the right way because you can see that you’re the expert you’ve been searching for all along. 

Learn how to continue using newly unleashed expert awareness and deepen your connection with your inner self and step into your power to create and live your most desired, authentic life.
