This is why I take you through a holistic assessment of the five significant aspects of your life so we can find the root cause of your concerns. We will explore your health, relationships, career, finances, and connection to something greater.

By looking at these areas of your life, you can see where you’re out of alignment, and I guide you to make the necessary changes to help you find balance and harmony.

As a former emotional overeater and excessive exerciser, I was stifled and stuck in all aspects of my life and couldn’t see it. When I hired my first coach, I realized that the root causes of my experience were born out of limiting beliefs I held about myself as a woman and the unhealthy, self-abusive habits I kept repeating without being consciously aware.

Using a combination of all the tools I’ve learned and my own experiences, I’ll evaluate, discover, and actively listen to your needs to help you create new habits and goals for your health and life. By the end of our work, you will see beautiful, transformative changes in all areas of your life. You will then feel the power of your new ways of thinking, feeling, and being to create a new future.

Customized Exercise Plans

Denise can help you create a personalized exercise routine based on your fitness level, preferences, and goals (weight loss, strength building, or overall fitness improvement.) You will collaborate on any adjustments needed to accommodate changes in your schedule, preferences, or physical condition.

Nutritional Guidance

Denise educates you about clean, naturally balanced nutrition, portion control, reading food labels, and learning about ingredients to help you develop a healthy eating plan that aligns with your dietary preferences and health goals. Denise empowers you to make informed choices.

Mindful Eating & Meal Planning

As a former emotional eater, Denise teaches and promotes conscious eating practices, helping you cultivate a healthier relationship with food and avoid emotional or overeating. She can also help you create meal plans, find recipes and new habits for incorporating nutritious foods into your daily routine.

Self-Care Strategies

Denise firmly believes in helping her clients prioritize self-care activities that promote relaxation, stress reduction, and emotional well-being. She teaches stress-reduction techniques such as meditation, deep breathing, and mindfulness to help you better manage daily stressors.

Boundaries & Time Management

You will learn to set and enforce healthy boundaries to protect your well-being and prevent burnout. Denise will also teach you how to manage your time to create a schedule that includes time for self-care activities, work, family, and other responsibilities.

Sleep & Self-Nurturing Routines

These are non-negotiables for her clients! Denise will help you establish healthy sleep habits and routines and  teaches you to create a better sleep environment. On to of that, she will also help you develop self-nurturing practices that foster emotional resilience and a positive mindset.
