Want to create more time?

Want to create more time?

Want to create more time?

Do you ever say, “I don’t have time to stop and take a break? There’s too much to do?”

Work is so busy that you have to stay focused and on top of things.

The kids need to get to their activities, and the fur babies need to be fed and walked.

You know that you need to carve out time to sit and eat your meals, get in a workout, and stop for more than a minute to clear your mind; BUT,  there’s not enough time!

Meal planning and prepping? It’s easier to pick up something on the way home.

Laundry? Dishes? Put that off until the weekend, right?

Where’s that planner I got for my birthday? I should be better about using it to manage my time.

Is there an app to help me stay on track?

Sound familiar?

“My dear, you are not alone in feeling this way.”

Many of us gals are juggling careers, family responsibilities, and household chores because that’s who we are.

But, why is it that we never have enough time?

I know why.

We learned to have a mindset of struggling with time: not having enough of it, wasting it, filling it, dreading it, and savoring it.

How can you tell that your beliefs are causing you to live with a “lack of time” mindset?

You:

Feel pressured by the clock and your to-do lists.

Call yourself a failure when you aren’t managing your time productively.

Lose track of time and then feel guilty for not being on time.

Worry that you aren’t using your precious time wisely.

Developed beliefs about “time” while you were growing up, and those beliefs are currently creating your reality about your time.

How can you tell if your beliefs about time create a struggle with it?

Pay attention to your thoughts when you look at the clock or think about what you must do.

Listen in and hear what you’re saying inside your head or speaking to others about “time.”

Notice what your body feels like when you’re doing all this.

Do you feel that you’re struggling with time because of your mindset and beliefs?

Set up a time to chat with me and I can evaluate your thoughts, beliefs and self-talk.

You will be able to clear away those old beliefs and set up your mind to create more time.
