I am a Certified Health/Life Coach as well as a Physical Therapist.
I have a passion for educating, guiding and Coaching my lovely clients and I incorporate the most effective methods to help them find their intuitive guidance and tap into their body’s wisdom.
They walk away with a renewed  trust and confidence in themselves because they were able to discover their unique needs and desires.
It is the art of listening and observing with a loving, non-judgmental curiosity that allows me to provide a safe space for them to transform.
Whether it be in their health/fitness goals, career, relationships or their self-esteem, once they see that how they do one thing is how they do all things….the transformation ripples to all areas of their life.

Recently, I have been hearing from my clients that they are worried about getting older. 
Many of you are noticing that you don’t seem to have the energy you used to have. You find that you are lacking flexibility to move your precious body throughout the day.
You are finding new and uncomfortable issues with your digestive system such that you can’t eat certain foods any longer.
You’ve been noticing a rise in your cravings and unkind weight gain as you move through your life.
Way too often, we just assume that this decline is “normal” and it’s just part of getting older but I am here to tell you that it’s not!
Unfortunately, it’s too often that I hear my ladies speak their excuses to put off activity, reasons not to change their eating behaviors and or they blame their genetics.
Trust me, I used to tell myself, “there’s not enough time”, “I am too busy” or “I am too tired” and I set myself up for the mindset that I just had to accept that I would decline the way my parents did.
Oh and back then, my nutrition was very loosely managed as I figured eating a big salad every day and loads of fruit would suffice but I was so wrong.

So what’s the point of this?

Being in the health, wellness and medical fields for over 30 years, I have learned that getting older isn’t the problem; it’s our lack of activity and daily choices to live a healthy lifestyle.
I have witnessed our population becoming less active and more sedentary.
However, the good news is that this is a problem you CAN solve!
With education, support and Coaching, you will:
-Adopt cleaner eating habits.
-Incorporate fun, effective forms of physical activity that make YOU feel good.
-Take back control and slow/alter your “normal” aging process.
-Use preventative measures to fend off diseases and enjoy fit, fun, fulfilling lives.
