Hello ladies!!

How’s everyone doing so far this May?

I don’t know about you, but it’s cold and wet here in Virginia, unlike the typical May weather we usually see, BUT we’ve had a few ATYPICAL years, am I right?

One thing I know for sure is that having a solid, easy, and enjoyable routine of self-care habits is crucial to navigating any “storms” and “atypical” times in life.

I know that during the pandemic, we all had to do what we had to do to cope, survive, and stay afloat. And for many of us, it meant that our healthy habits went by the wayside because we were doing the best we could under extreme and stressful conditions.

 

Now, I believe it’s “safe” to come out and start living again!!

YAY!!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Collectively, we can exhale and sigh with relief while our nervous systems can come back to ease, peace, health, and wellness.

And, it’s the perfect time to get back on track!!

I am opening a group program on May 31st for those who want my guidance, support, security, and accountability while creating a solid self-care plan that will help you “ride the waves” of any storm and stressful period of life.

I will help you create your own “road map” filled with the essential health and wellness self-care components that YOUR body needs so that YOU can stay on track for YOUR unique lifestyle.

You will learn about the 10 Essentials for Wellness, how to make and sustain habits, and how to tap into your internal motivation to make and stick to your self-care routine no matter what comes your way.

My clients successfully stay motivated and on track with their health and well-being because I help them discover their internal wisdom, power, and reasons that fuel their desire to put themselves as a priority!
